Kettlebell and Intermittent Fasting coach, Matt Franz, is the founder of Midwest Muscle  and coaches dads towards leading a healthier lifestyle amidst the chaos of fatherhood. 

Matt has created programs with Midwest Muscle that give busy dads the tools and training they need to make huge shifts in their health with minimal equipment and very little time.
